Better Life Mobile Recharge Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Offer period: Available for eligible services activated between 7 October 2026 and 31 January 2027 inclusive, using Sydney local time.
2. Eligibility: Available to customers activating a new Better Life Mobile service on the 15GB 5G, 45GB 5G, 70GB 5G or 100GB 5G 30 day plans during the offer period. Existing services and other plans are excluded.
3. Discount: Eligible services receive a discount per recharge as follows:
   $2 on the 15GB plan
   $3 on the 45GB plan
   $7 on the 70GB plan
   $6 on the 100GB plan
   All amounts include GST.
4. Discount duration: The discount applies to the first 12 successful eligible plan recharges, including the initial plan purchase at activation. Each recharge provides 30 days of access.
5. After the offer closes: Customers who qualify during the offer period retain their remaining discounted recharges after 31 January 2027, subject to these terms.
6. Future price changes: The discount is a fixed dollar amount off the applicable standard recharge price, not a guarantee of a fixed recharge price. If the standard price of your plan increases your discounted recharge price will increase by the same amount. Your dollar discount will remain unchanged for the remaining eligible recharges.
7. Notice of price increases: Better Life Mobile will provide at least 21 days’ notice of a standard recharge price increase. The notice will explain the new standard price, your discounted price where applicable and when the change takes effect. Changes will not affect a recharge already purchased. You may choose not to recharge or cancel your service without a cancellation fee.
8. After recharge 12: From recharge 13 the discount ends and the then-current standard recharge price for your plan applies.
9. Plan changes and cancellation: The discount applies only while the service remains on the eligible plan selected at activation. Changing plans, cancelling or transferring the service to another provider ends the promotion.
10. How the discount applies: The discount is applied automatically to eligible plan recharges. It does not apply to SIM charges, add-ons, additional usage or other charges and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another service.
11. Other offers: This promotion cannot be combined with another recharge discount unless expressly stated.
12. Other terms and consumer rights: The relevant Critical Information Summary and Better Life Mobile service terms also apply. Nothing in these promotional terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
